May 3, 2011: Energy Wall wins $100,000 Grant from Green Building Alliance

Dustin Eplee, President, CTO and Founder of Energy Wall, announced the award of a $100,000 Product Innovation Grant from the Green Building Alliance. Green Building Alliance is a nonprofit organization that seeks to drive market demand for green buildings and green building products.

The grant is to research and further develop Energy Wall's advanced energy recovery membrane to broaden its potential uses, particularly in low temperature applications. Energy Wall energy recovery cores have the widest range of operating conditions, able to operate down to -80°F without risk of freezing damage.

This is the second GBA Product Innovation Grant received by Energy Wall, and underscores the importance of Energy Wall's advanced materials technology to the future of high performance building systems, fuel cells, dehumidifiers, and hybrid air conditioning.
